I LOVE Hobby Lobby!

I was out and about the other day with a few minutes to spare before I had to be somewhere. So how did I spend the time? Hobby Lobby of course :)
I picked up some supplies, including some new things I have been wanting to try. Can't wait to have a little downtime so I can start experimenting! Now I just have to decide what to start with first...wire wrapping, clay, wrapped bracelets???

Rainy Day Blues

For the past week, it has been cold & rainy, gray & gloomy. All this dreariness has left me in a sort of funk. I haven't wanted to go anywhere, do anything including make jewelry (or even get out of my pjs LOL). Now the rain has turned into a wintry mix :( and it seems as if I will never see the sunshine again. I have LOTS of things I need to do...organize my jewelry supplies, go out to buy more supplies & actually sit down and create some of the wonderful ideas that have been cluttering my mind. The question is...how/where do I find the motivation? How do I shake these rainy day blues? Open for suggestions :)

When I first decided to start a blog, I didn't realize how much time and effort went into it. I found that as my life became more and more bogged down with the everyday things (and a few unexpected ones), the blog was the first thing to get put on the back-burner. I have been focusing on family and trying to promote my jewelry business. Now, I am (hopefully) getting back into the swing of things :) I thought I would share a little of what I have been up to.
